Help for Changing Properties on ZIP File

Feb 16, 2005 12:09PM PST

Ohhh My Gosh, what have i done!!!

I had to take my ME back to factory settings, done that okay, but when I was loading the saved ZIP Files from CD to the C Drive, changed the properties to IE (don't ask why pleeeease) anyhow, now the drives will only see a ZIP files as an IE (Internet Explorer) icon, I think. So, can I change them back to original format and if how, how? If not, how can I tell my computer to read them as ZIP file (you know the little yellow folder with zipper) instead of IE looking thingo?

I hope you can help....

Gratefully yours...Jerina

Obviously, there's something inside...Maybe all of the files/folders in your zip file are "hidden". Go back into "Folder Options" and make sure the settings are for "Show All Hidden and System Files".

Hope this helps.
