Help for buying a new laptop

My other laptop is getting to the end of its lifespan so I need to buy another one shortly. I am a college student so I mostly just browse the web, download music, and do homework on it. Memory is probably to biggest issue because I have a good bit of music, and I tend to download TV shows/movies. I also use Netflix a lot. Screen size isn't an issue and neither is battery life since I am always around an outlet. I am your typical college student, so I will get heavy use out of it daily, so duarbility is a big must. I don't use it to play any games either. I am looking to spend around $700. Thanks for your help.

Lots of choices.

Look at the top of this forum and try the laptop pickers then ask the forum about those models.

Dell Studio 15

Hi Matt,

You should check out the Dell Studio 15. It has a fast i3 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and 500 GB of hard drive space so it should be able to hold your music! It also has a medium sized 15.6" screen and costs $649. It is a really great value.
