Help! Entourage 2008 V 12.1.0 New MacBook Pro running 10.5.6

I've just loaded the update for Microsoft Office Suite 2008 which of course includes Entourage. I had the previous version on my computer.

A few questions:

Missing in the new version and on the previous version in Entourage is the control to 'Resend' emails. I have looked at the Customize Toolbar and can not find a 'resend' icon to put on my toolbar.
Suggestions?

Calendar: the previous version provided the ability to show multiple months of the Calendar. The 2008 version does not seem to be able to do that.
Suggestions?

Lastly, when switching from the Email part of the program to the Entourage Calendar, it takes up to 10 seconds to go from the Email to the Calendar setting. The change from one window to the other should be virtually instantaneous.
Anyone else having this problem?
Any recommendation on how to fix this?
