If the pictures display properly on another PC, then you have a hardware/software issue. If not, your picture files are in question.
Seek a return for bad hardware.
IMO, eMachines are low end. The price shows this.
Bought this e at BestBuy 7/3/05 as suggested by the sales person to develop film, create CD's, scrapbook stuff, etc. I had to take it back the first week because there was a clicking sound when I turn it on...There was something hitting the fan. I loaded Photo software and NetZero to get on the internet. Then I noticed that the pictures that appear are not clear. They appear mosaic or very blurry. I can right click on the pic and click "Display all images with full quality" which fixes the pic in some instances but not every time. I have contacted e and they had me reinstall video driver 3 times/3 diff ways. I unintalled the photo software. No luck. I even did system recovery. No luck. How do I fix my pictures to be clear? Also, 14 days to take back to Best Buy and 30 days to apply for rebates. After that you're stuck with it. I'm stuck! Please help!
