Need more information:

By Digimax do you mean Samsung Digimax?

What is the model number of the camera?

What operating system is used on the computer?
... Win95, Win98, Win98SE, WinME, Win2000, WinXP or something else.

...

I suggest shutting down your computer, plugging in the chord that connects your camera to the PC and then turning your computer back on. Make sure you check the connection of the USB to your PC and also the other end to your digital camera.

You can also click 'My Computer' and select the drive that says 'Removable' (probably your E: drive). Open up each of the folders (2) in this drive and you will come to your photos.

Good luck.

Connection

Rather than waste a lot of time with drivers, I suggest you just buy a card reader for your camera memory card.

SD card readers can be found for under $10.
Sold at any store that sells digital cameras.

If you have Windows XP, you do not need any drivers for the card reader.
XP already has the drivers.
The computer will treat the card reader and memory card as being another disk.
You can copy the files from the card and put them where you want them.
