Have You Tried Downloading With Another Browser?

If not, then try installing the free Firefox browser from the link below and see if Firefox will download the game..

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Then again, the problem may simply be an issue with the game link.. You may need to contact Download.com and tell them about the problem.

Hope this helps.

A Couple Other Thoughts..

Is it an FTP dwonload link? (It will have the letters "ftp" and the begging of the URL instead of http) If so, then try again with Internet Explorer, but first open Internet Options from the "Control Panel", then click on the "Advanced" tab and look in the "Browsing" section.. Find the box next to "Use Passive FTP" and UNCHECK or CHECK the box, whichever is opposite of what you're already using. Click on "Apply", then OK.

In addition, try disabling as many other background programs while doing the download.. Likewise, some ISP's don't really like extremely long downloads when there is no activity.. If the error is coming up after no activity, try leaving the download window active but use a second window to open a different page..

If none of the above works and the link isn't FTP and you can connect to the internet correctly using either browser and download files from other locations using either browser, then it can only be a problem with the download.com site/link that you're attempting to download from..

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
