Help! Convert Palm Os Info To Windows pocket pc

Hello, I have looked for quite a while for software or information as to transfering my older Palm OS information to my newer Dell Axim Windows based PDA. Can someone please point me in a direction to find out how to do this or what software to use. Thank you.
