Try the usual. An ethernet cable from TV to a router LAN port. That's the most stable method.

When I try to search for available networks on my un32eh5300fxzc to find my new netgear r6100 ac1200 wireless router the screen showing available networks shows only briefly then is gone not allowing me to select a network. My computer & other devices can connect no problem. My tv can connect via wlan but that is not a solution as I had to move the tv to another room to do so. By the way my tv could locate my old routerbut it was dying & needed replaced. Any help would be appreciated.

Wireless (WiFi) is not as good as your laptops so you start at 20 feet and then have to reveal a lot of detail. I don't see much detail here so why not just call it in and have them walk you through it?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
