Help! Computers running extremely slow.

I have no clue what is going on with my computer. It wont let me finish my virus scan. And messages keep popping up from my virus software that it failed to protect against certain files. I am very uneducated when it comes to this, but id rather talk to someone here than the Dell tech line on the phone. Someone told me to run a Log file and post it here. this is what i got.

I'm no expert here but

Just in case you don't get an answer here, try a forum that specializes in HijackThis logs.

You can find them on the HijackThis homepage. A good one is castlecops.com

You have spyware on your computer. Please read the article and follow the instructions. Also remember that even after following the instructions, your computer might be a little slow because you are using Norton
