by ajohnso1 / April 10, 2007 5:56 AM PDT

Can someone please help. We recently purchased a Insignia? 4GB* Video MP3 Player. We have windows ME and we have installed the software and the computer is not recognizing the device. We are unable to transfer files to the MP3 player. Any suggestions?

This could be a computer issue.

For instance many machine front usb ports are not wired up so try the rear ports. Then some ports are disabled or no motherboard drivers installed.

Your post didn't tell much so I'll have to stop here.

Here's what you need to do to get the best from the forums. Read those words in red when you post. Tell what they ask. If you had supplied a make and model and if there were photo's online I could have given a link to the picture. But your posts are much too slim on info.
