HELP... Cant get rid of virus

I've tried spybot, spyware doctor, norton... and a couple of others. I'm limited as to what sites i can go on to. at the moment i can get into msn messenger, but not much more.

I was on Friends reunited alot, but now as i go into it, the system closes down, and goes back to my desk top. I'm also having problems with my Incredimail premium.. keeps coming up.. then freezes the whole system.

What can I do?? HELP.. PLEASE. Lisa x

Do you know the name of what you have? Exactly what are "spybot, spyware doctor, norton... and a couple of others." telling you? Also exactly what programs are "a couple of others"? Whatever you have may be the reason why you can't get into MSN Messenger and that is also extremely possible as to where you got this from.
