HELP!!! CANNOT APPLY THEMES!!

Ive been using WindowBlinds but when i booted this morning it wont start with windows and my theme changed to windows classic. i thought it was a problem with WindowBlinds but the problem still remained after a fresh reinstall. Even a system restore wont fix it. I have Tune-Up Utilities but Tune-up styler that cannot apply themes as well! WHATS UP WITH THIS?????
this problem started when i installed CounterSpy last night. please help!!! desperate!!

opening services -enter services.msc from the run dialog box. Confirm that the "themes services" is started and startup type is set to automatic.

its up and running, i even restarted it. any other suggestions?
i can load xp theme.

after restarting the service TuneUp design expansion i got TuneUp to apply themes but i would like to use WindowBlinds, PLEASE,PLEASE HELP to get WindowBlinds running!!

ANYONE PLIZ HELP.

Check this LINK,on left side click on A-Z>on top click on T>scroll down to "Themes (Won't Load or only Windows Classic is listed)"

arter restarting the themes and tuneup design expansion services i was able to apply themes by the display props and tuneup styler but window blinds is still not working!

n did any1 know that STARDOCK SUPPORT "SUCKS"

Well ive given up all hope on getting window blinds to work but i found this uxtheme patch with enables windows to recognise and display non microsoft themes. Also this Vista Anthracite pack comes with an installer (all i wanted was the vista look) so i dont need any apps.
