SOME PLEASE HELP ME!!! My home computer is not loading any webpages. Everytime I type an address in the bar and hit enter it just says done in the bottom left corner and nothing happens, I'm left with the white, blank page. I'm running Mozilla Firefox 1.0.6 I know it's not the internet because I'm using the wifi off of it right now on my laptop. Someone please help!!! If you need more information please contact.

Because of the DNS error try this first

follow this path
Control Panel
Internet Options
Delete cookies (ok)
Delete files (ok)
Security tab
Custom Level
Reset
Yes
Advanced
Restore defaults
Apply
ok
Restart the computer and Try again
Do you have any antivirus software or firewalls?
If so disable them and try again.

Malware can also cause page cannot be displayed. Try downloing mozilla from another computer and seeing if it works on this computer.

Find another computer with an internet connection and a cd burner get a blank cdr On this computer go to http://www.mozilla.com click on free download

It will ask you to open or save....choose save
save it to the desktop or another location where you can find it

The file should be firefox_setup_1.0.6.exe
Burn this file to a cd
Bring it home place the cd in your cd rom
Click on start
double click on my computer
Double click on the cd rom drive (most likely d drive)
double click on the setup file
Walk through the mozilla installation
restart the computer
reconnect to the internet
open up mozilla firefox on your desktop see if it allows you to view web pages.

If you have any malware on your computer go to http://www.help2go.com/article217.html and follow the instructions fully. Your computer will love you later in the long run

Hope this helps
