Help Anyone with a Wireless printer!?

Having recently bought and set up a mulifunction printer (HP 2710) which has wireless connectivity; i am able to print files from my laptop (Vaio z1rsp)by connecting wirelessly to it. my home PC has no wireless adaptor itself but is connected to the printer via USB. can anyone tell me if its possible to connect my wireless laptop to the internet through the printer? if so..then how!?
