when i open internet explorer 9 my home page does not show a pop up shows on the bottom with this.
A problem displaying gc.ca cased internet explorer to refresh the web page using comparability view.
i have wanted to delete it but i can not find it on the add/remove. i would like to bring back ie8 unless some one can tell me whats wrong i have tried everything check box in the comparability window i have removed the (gc.ca) still nothing.

al i want to do is fix my IE9 by either uninstalling it and getting back ie8 or find the trouble. i am using a acer ax1900-e3502 win7 i have done a reboot,avast scan,ccleaner, malaware. what else is there ? and i can not find ie9 in the uninstall section so there is no uninstall button.
