HI, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE? When I open up MY DOCUMENTS, the folder opens up and shows the contents. However,it does not give a list of options on the left of the window, e.g.'make a new folder', and the same on RECYCLE BIN there is no option to 'empty recycle bin'. There are 2 more accounts on my pc which do not have these problems on these 2 folders. MELP PLEASE!!

a list of folders down the left side instead of the panel of XP choices that you prefer you probably have the window showing in 'classic' view.....there should be a bar across the top of that pane showing "folders" that has an "X" in the corner of that bar. Just click the "X" to close that pane view and it will revert back to the style you like instead.

I prefer my XP to look this way actually because it saves some serious time by speeding up my computer, however if you actually like it remember you can right click and get those options just like allways.
