Hi! first and foremost, if the item was sold as "new" and was not when you received it, you should have filed a "item not as described" claim. At this point...it may be just defective all together and the seller already knew this & that's why they sold it! If not too late & you paid through your credit card or Paypal, I would file a claim immediately! You may have just got scammed!
