I have my computer running XP and recently infected by virus, I use Norton to fix it up. After that, when I go to some web sites, the page was firstly on the screen but within 2 seconds, the pages was completely gone.

Can anybody please give help?

- Could you give 2 examples of websites that have this strange behaviour, and 2 that behave normally?
- What is "completely gone"? What did the browser window show after this mysterious disappearance?
- What browser do you use? IE 6.0, IE 7.0, Firefox? If IE, go to www.mozilla.org and download and install Firefox and see how that works on these sites. Post your findings.
- Do you happen to know what virus infected you? And do you know why Norton let it pass the first time but cleaned it afterwards?
