My advice
Jul 8, 2007 7:50PM PDT

Hello.

I am currently the owner of a Dell Inspiron 710m laptop, as well as a Dell Dimension 3000 desktop. After reading that you were considering buying a Dell system, I need to tell you one thing: Stop. I would not consider a Dell system if I were you. My two Dell systems have been incredibly unreliable; I've had to perform a complete system restore on my Inspiron 710m laptop twice and my Dimension 3000 has had serious hardware problems in the past. Now, the computer has started making an annoying buzzing noise. Dell Support is also not very helpful; they've made promises to me about replacing system parts that they never followed through on. I suggest that you invest your money in a more well-made computer.
