My system says on Windows Task Manger that I'm running 6 programs names "svchost.exe". 3 in SYSTEM, 2 in NETWORK SERVICE and 1 in LOCAL SERVICE.
Now being the worrying type, I'm pretty sure this isn't right.
I've seen that various backdoor trojans can be named this, and I'd like to know if there's a way that I could find out the authenticity of these files, and how to get rid of them? Or even the location so I can look for myself? 3 of them run between 200Kb and 600Kb, and the other 3 between 1000Kb and 5000Kb
If they are Trojans, they've not been picked up by Norton, Ad-Aware SD or Spyware Doctor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
