i just got a ilo mp3 player and it was working fine but the battery went dead, so i changed it and now everytime i try to turn it on the screen "ilo" comes on but then it turns off!!! how do you fix it?? thanks

Your mp3 seems to me like its defected and this is common among all MP3 players (not only ipods for you poeple). For a solution, you should try and seek for help by going to the company's website and look up their F.A.Q. on that particular mp3 player.

recently bought a ilo mp3 player 2gb. At first it worked really well with inputting songs into it, but after taht it took a long time for it to update the index and also to upload the songs. And now it won't turn on anymore since a couple of days ago when I was using it. It turns on when I connect the USB, but it doesn't turn on when you press the power. What is happening here? It's tha same thing
