my d drive just vanished cant find it anywhere is there other ways of getting disks to run while i try to get this fixed??

and I think you would get more help in a more appropriate forum, maybe "Computer Help" which is here.

2 other suggestions that might help. please pick a subject relating to your problem instead of "Help" and please follow the forum note that was right above where you typed your subject in which is.
