We have aproblem when we try to open file, edit, or the others.
The drop down windows are all transparent, please help?

Wish we knew more about your system..i.e.the red print at the top? However, I will endeavor to get you started on the road to recovery. Run at least two anti-virus/spyware/adware and registry cleaner programs. Just do a search on these forums to find a good list. Reboot and see if you can access these files. Let us know either way.

We hane three different virus and spyware running now.
Our computer is a HP running windows Media Center pro.
We have rebooted using the floppy and still have the problem?
I have been using Mozilla/firefox as my browser.

OK, you are running WinMC Pro. What hardware? System model number? CPU? Amount of RAM? HD size?

Did this problem start after you changed something (hardware, updated windows, installed software, etc.)?

What firewall, antivirus, antispyware programs are you using?
