i got one dell inspiron 1501, and i am trying to use dell restore, to get it to factory setings but the problem is that i can't get any result after i press ctrl+F12 at the start or the F8 key, so please help me to recover my dell... i tryed so many things that i am tired .... please help me

The usual key for Dell is ctrl+F11. Not ctrl+F12. Tried that already?

That fails and we get to restore "the old fashioned way." Which is with restore CDs. If you don't have such, order them now.
