Heating Problem

I purchased a Sony Xperia Z phone. It is working nice but one problem is heating problem. When i am going to install any application or working on two or more applications, The phone become very hot. Is there any solution to get rid from this problem?

Battery issue

I will say that it's the battery issue as the phone is directing power cell from the battery and if the battery is faulty and cannot provide enough voltage input to the phone CPU processor. It will cause the processor to demand more power from the battery and thus overheat the battery

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
