From what I understand, that is a rootkit. Here are the two programs I would use to rid yourself of that. No need to install them, just download to the desktop, and double click the icon(s) to open the scanners.

If TDSSkiller did not get it, then use GMER. Read the FAQ's at the bottom of the page to get a better understanding of the program before you use it:

For the past few days i keep on hearing ads playing on my computer. no browser is open, i check out task manger, but still hear it. It lasts for like 7 sec maybe once every few min. I ran malwarebytes, spybot, avast, and superanti spyware and still hear it. Any ideas? The ads always talk about china and does not even advertise anything talks about Chinese art for like 5 sec and then just cuts off. I cant even do system restore to earlier date gives me an error
