Hope this will help your concern.
I posted this some time ago but I cannot find my post so I am making a new topic on it.
Occassionally while voice chatting I will suddenly become unable to hear anything through my headset. They can hear me, but I cannot hear them. It happens quite randomly. And it doesn't matter where I plug the headset into. I have 2 diff headsets, a USB and one with the 2 jacks. It does the same thing to both of them. When it does it what I end up doing is unplugging it and plugging it into a diff USB slot and it works again...til it does it again. Eventually I run out of USB slots and end up restarting the PC, which fixes it.
I have checked my drivers they are up to date as far as I know. I am running windows 10 which I dont think is the issue as it does not do this on my Windows 10 laptop.
Any help is appreciated.
