You need to get your PC fixed. http://www.plantronics.com/us/product/rig-500 looks nice enough but if your PC is broken, you have to fix that with either the shop you deal with or if you do your own work with a new sound card.
having a problem with my rig500 that the microphone is detected but no picking up sounds. Audio works fine and mic is working on other devices just not computers. Any ideas?
