Headset for Treo 650

I've now purchased 2 headsets for my 650 & have been dissatisfied with both.

1. Jabra BT 250v - Somewhat comfortable, but very loose, quite a bit of static, cannot auto-answer (although Jabra says it will)

2. Nokia HS-11W - Good reception, auto-answer, but kept rubbing a sore spot on my ear

The headset must have auto-answer capability. I don't really care about Voice Dial. It's a premium item anyway on the 650 & I already have that option with Cingular.

Do users here have other suggestions?
