Get a "Y" connection and connect it to speaker out then connect the speaker to one Y branch and the other branch to the earphone. You might have an impedance matching problem but give it a try anyway. Good luck.

Recently I bought a new headset and it works well. But I want my speaker to function too when after I plugged the headset. Is there any software in the market that can make this happen without making any changes to the hardware?
Thank you very much.
