Heads Up....about Gas tax at the pump

Jun 2, 2006 12:53PM PDT

If you Google ..."UN Gas Tax"....you will find, among many entries, a headline that reads:

"United Nations pursues 35 cents per gallon Global Gas Tax"

Kofi Anan within the UN is quietly working to create a new energy tax with the idea to make the international body more financially independent.

Wasn't the Boston Tea Party something about "taxation without representation". Doesn't our Constitution address this issue.

And you think pump prices are high now ? If they get their way, look out in future years.

Best we pay attention to who we elect to office. If they think the UN should have more authority, let's fire them before we hire them.
