Head set mic

Nov 20, 2009 6:02PM PST

I currently own a head set mic, it's getting a bit old but it works fine so I don't really want to replace it. On my old PC it could record fin, with fairly nice audio quality. However on my new PC I get a strange loud buzzing noise when recording, you can't hear my voice either. Is it something to do with my audio settings that could be causing the problem?
