I have instructed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and he fully agrees, not to allow Hoda Muthana back into the Country!

U.S. says Alabama woman who joined ISIS can't return, despite pushing other nations to repatriate

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says an Alabama woman who left home to join ISIS in Syria is not a U.S. citizen and will not be allowed to return to the United States.

In a brief statement that gave no details as to how the determination was reached, Pompeo said Hoda Muthana, who said she made a mistake in joining the group and now wants to return with her 18-month-old son, has no "legal basis" to claim American citizenship.

not to allow Hoda Muthana back into the Country!....So DJT admits SHE was in the Country......

She "wants to return"....in order to "return" she would have to have been in America....

Donald, here's the way it is for other countries but not for America, Trump?

Do as he says, not as he does?

PS:from my link

"If you are trying to make the case that others should take back their people, it stands to reason that you would do that, too," he said.

ILLEGALS and NON-CITIZENS ARE in our country, just because she WAS here at some point doesn't give her the right to return, especially since she left VOLUNTARILY.

In reply to: Considering how many

What has the point she left VOLUNTARILY got to do with anything?

ANY American that leaves the country could have their citizenship canceled?

RE: just because she WAS here at some point

No comment on DJT telling other countries to do something HE won't do?

She was already here

In reply to: RE:especially since she left VOLUNTARILY

and being left alone...not deported and staying under that radar....she could have been here on an overstayed visa or whatever, but she CHOSE to leave and publicly via social media encouraged US citizens to attack other Americans in the name of ISIS and Allah. Now that she's gone and ISN'T a citizen of THIS country, she should not be allowed to come back. Your second sentence is ridiculously being afforded to her, BUT I totally agree that should ANY ACTUAL US citizens leave here to become a terrorist AGAINST this country SHOULD have their citizenship revoked and never return....and should also be able to join the ranks of being targeted and killed or captured on the battlefield.

As for the comment you are looking for.....any illegal in THIS country who commits a crime is to be deported back to their original country BUT some countries refuse to take them back even though they haven't committed any crimes in that country. That's what he is talking about. This girl doesn't fit that category because she DID commit a crime against THIS country. If her 'home' country wants her back, let THEM take her or she can stay put in Syria.

.she could have been here on an overstayed visa or whatever,

She WAS "Born in the USA"....no doubt "Conceived in the USA"

No she wasn't born here....

In reply to: RE:.she could have been here on an overstayed visa

conceived doesn't count towards automatic citizenship. The government records show no such birth...she loses.

Hoda Muthana's father sues in bid to bring his daughter back to US

In the lawsuit, Ahmed Ali Muthana said he was asked by Yemen to surrender his diplomatic identity card on 2 June 1994, as the country descended into civil war. His daughter was born in New Jersey on 28 October that year. The family settled in Hoover, Alabama, a prosperous suburb of Birmingham.

The state department first questioned Hoda Muthana’s right to citizenship when her father sought a passport for her, because US records showed he had been a diplomat until February 1995, the lawsuit said.

But it said that the state department accepted a letter from the US mission to the United Nations that affirmed Muthana had ended his position before his daughter’s birth. Hoda Muthana was granted a passport. The lawsuit said Hoda Muthana is also entitled to citizenship via her mother, who became a US permanent resident in July 1994.

Even Pompeo refers to her as

An "Alabama woman", that's NOT an American?

HE didn't have any qualifiers that I know of...when it comes to making OTHER countries take back THEIR citizens

HIS tweet

...The U.S. does not want to watch as these ISIS fighters permeate Europe, which is where they are expected to go. We do so much, and spend so much - Time for others to step up and do the job that they are so capable of doing. We are pulling back after 100% Caliphate victory!

If her 'home' country wants her back, let THEM take her or she can stay put in Syria.

IF they want to? Then you disagree with DJT. ....HE "urged" them to "want to".

Perhaps you could take care of them in Gitmo....
