General discussion

He just couldn't resist being interviewed on camera.

The park is in my part of town. Recently surveillance cameras were installed.

The TV reporter was looking for opinions from visitors to the park.

This guy agreed to be interviewed without his face being shown, but his tattoo could be.

News 2 was doing a story on new surveillance cameras in the park when reporter Scott Fralick asked William Joy for an interview.

Investigators recognized Joy's very distinct tattoo and knew they wanted to catch him.

US Marshal Jim Grant said joy was wanted on five outstanding warrants.

There is an optional video of the story.
