Question

HDTV has weird screen problem (PICTURE)

can someone take a look at this picture of my plasma screen and tell me if this is a broken tv that needs to be replaced?

Sorry i forgot to mention this problem comes and goes. It will sometimes just go away for a while and break again hours later.

It does this with all inputs/sources?

Or only when watching satellite TV and not DVD or Blu Ray discs?

I'd perform a factory reset of the panel just to see what it does.

yes it does this with all outputs on the tv (blu ray, cable, roku box. everything, its not doing it right now, but it will probably come back later)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
