http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,1429995,00.asp is part of the puzzle to use 802.11g to send the HDTV content from the HDTV tuner to your laptop.

The actual HDTV tuner, if you look them over is quite large and power hungry. It is not suited for laptop integration yet.
