I've recently bought the HDR-SR12 (Sony Handycam). In order to connect it to my computer I need to connect it to a docking station that came with it. Upon usb connecting the device my computer (Vista Ultimate) says that it needs to install drivers. Now Sony site says that Vista already has all the drivers it needs, but Vista is complaining that It needs to install them in order for it to connect. This is frustrating as I can't transfer files or install the applications that came with the camcorder until I fix this problem. Any help would be great

You might have to uninstall the problem driver...

Then when you plug in the camcorder, it should recognize it and install the necessary, working driver.

No, because it can't find any drivers to install...The camera works on my laptop so it's something to do with my USB drivers.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
