HDMI Switcher

Can anyone recommend a good HDMI switcher? I only have 2 HDMI inputs on my HDTV and would need a 3rd for an XBOX360.

Also - is there a major difference between hooking up the 360 with HDMI cables vs. the included cables? Someone told me the HDMI cables is the only way to get 1080 resolution. Is this true?
