The owner had been downloading video from the internet and was just learning about encoding. They were a little upset at everyone that they talked to. What more can be said except what a mess.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L655D-001 using Windows7 that I use with an Onkyo TX-SR608 receiver into a 55" LG TV. The HDMI output from the Toshiba is connected to the Onkyo. I get good video but the audio only works sometimes. If I reboot the computer the audio works while I watch a movie, usually, when I change to another movie I lose the sound and have to reboot to get it back. I have checked my sound settings when I have sound and when I don't and there are the same. Any help with this would be appreciated
