HDMI conflict

I'm hoping one of you good people might have an idea about whats going on.....
I have a Panasonic TH-P50X20Z tv,
a Sony BDV-E370 home theatre system,
and a PC with a GTX650 graphics card.

When I connect the PC to the TV via HDMI, it stops the ARC to the home theatre from working. It was all working fine until I installed a new graphics card into my PC, but now I can't get sound through my home theatre, and the problem occurs regardless if the PC is on or off. If I disconnect the PC, things return to normal.

Any help would be much appreciated
