HDMI Cable Setup Help!

I own a Pansonic Plasma TV TC-P55UT50 that has two HDMI cable outlets in the back. I also have an XBox 360, Samsung Sound System HW-FM45C and a Time Warner Cable box that looks like this: http://www.google.com/search?q=time+warner+cable+box&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&biw=1366&bih=643&bvm=pv.xjs.s.en_US.MzTIAy2H0K0.O&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=ZfTtUZ--CrL9iQKmjIDACA#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=AkyhYgTu7PtKOM%3A%3Bvm9zs5plOoJsOM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.zdnet.com%252Fi%252Fstory%252F61%252F55%252F000606%252Fmotoroal-dcx3400-dvr-cable-box.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.zdnet.com%252Fblog%252Fhome-theater%252Ftime-warner-cable-to-offer-multi-room-dvrs-echostar-to-deliver-sling-media-set-top-box%252F606%3B450%3B135

I want to connect all of these devices the best way possible, but there aren't enough HDMI outlets in the TV. Can anyone please help guide me through some possible connections so that all devices work together smoothly. I have almost no clue what to do with everything. Also, if i should buy anything, any tips would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
