If you go through the menu to Sound portion, is Speaker select set to receiver?
If Not is it grayed out?
Let me know if this helps, if not please provide me with the model code, so I can look further into this for you!

I hope someone can help me. I am not a tech guru...that person is overseas right now and can't help. I have a Samsung Smart TV and Samsung soundbar. They were all working just fine today. When I turned the TV back on, the sound was no longer coming out of the soundbar. It comes out of the TV. I have no idea how to fix this. When you click 'source' using the remote, When the speakers turned on, it used to say HDMI ARC, now it only says HDMI.
Wires have not been moved around. I have played with the source on the soundbar, but nothing works. I really don't understand this kind of thing and have no idea why the soundbar is not producing sound and why it did so as soon as I turned on the TV. My kids could have hit something, but everything is connected as it should and the Anynet is set to ON.
With everything connected right, is there a way to get this up and running again?
Thanks!!!
