Sorry I forgot to say that those old hdds are NOT the same if it matters.
Hello. I need your help. I've bought a new motherboard Asus p4gd1. I've connected my optical drives on primary IDE and I've wanted to connect my old harddisks to primary RAID but in IDE mode. I also have another hdd that is on SATA socket and system boots from there. My problem is that I cannot get those two old hdds work. Whenever I try to install driver for RAID, system won't boot up (and hangs on that sceen with WinXP logo and blue progress bar). Another option would be to set hdds to RAID mode JBOD, but it would format the disks. Can anyone help me? Please!
