my jukebox has crashed ive tried the soft reset n nothing seems to work it just says `problem! connect to computer`has anyone had this problem can anyone help thank you

hey! i have the exact same problem!! please someone help us!! it's really annoying because i even connect it to my pc and the message just dissapears but i still cant use it!! hmmm please someone reply!

crashed player recovery

disconnect the player from the computer and mains. hold the "up" key and the "volume increase" key together. the player should turn off. turn it back on and it should work fine. thats what i did when mine crashed and i havent had any problems since.

If you have dropped or knocked your player then the recovery is very un likely, you can format (FAT 32) and then re-connect it to the DMM and start from scratch again. This worked for me.
