There are many tools, in many OSes to prepare partitions, wipe drives, format and test. I have yet to find any app to convert from RAW to NTFS. Why not wipe and try again?
I bought a new Samsung HDD (2TB). Initially, I was able to transfer data to it, but then it just stopped. Now, the drive is RAW. I don't care about the files on it because they're just some videos that I have on my desktop. I just want to get it back to NTSF. How can I do this? Does RAW mean it's permanently damaged?
