I just bought a 37" LCD and want to mount it against the wall. I also have DISH network with an HD receiver. The question is: If I were to to add components like a Digital Tuner (w/ Surround) and a DVD player to a cabinet located approximately 16 away (entertainment center) how would I hook it up???
My LCD TV has one HDMI input (which I assume I will need to connect to the HD reciever 16 feet away??? I assume I will also need to run up to 4 other a/v cables from the surround sound reciever to the t.v. for a total of 5 cables? (16 feet x 5 cables = 80 feet of cable in the wall???) Not to mention adding speaker wire?
I appreciate any light that can be shed on this for me. Thanks (in advance).
I used to know how to hook-up anything and everything!!
