HD Channels are suddenly stretched on KDL-XBR9

Hello all-

As I mentioned in the subject my TV is all of the sudden displaying all HD channels in wide mode which I cannot turn off. I've tried looking at settings in the screen menu but I cannot change the view to a standard view. The edges of the screen are not displayed and are off screen.

I'm guessing my 1 year old got ahold of the remote and changed some settings up I'm not ruling out something on my cablevision box either.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
