hc-42 vs. Elura 90 vs. gs150

by pa811 / October 10, 2005 3:20 PM PDT

I am looking to buy a good all around camcorder, for inside and outside shooting. I've narrowed my search to the Sony DCR-HC42, the Canon Elura 90, and the Panasonic PV-GS150.

I've read reviews in favor of all three. Image quality, resolution, and versatility in various light conditions are most important to me.

Any suggestions?

3 CCD is unbeatable

GS150 definetelly.
You can't compare 1 CCD with 3 CCD camera. Video is much better, very sharp, colors more brillant and true...
If you could go for GS400 you wouldn't regret extra money for it.

I live in the Northeast - cold dark winters are spent primarily indoors - will the Panasonic hold up well for interior shooting?
