Clarification Request
That's a data dump.
Aug 9, 2016 7:28PM PDT

All I can tell from it is that it's the K version which folk overclock. Don't overclock.

About frame rate. Many of the "Video Card AMD Radeon R9 200 Series" are not very high performers.

Please avoid data dumps and reveal the exact GPU.

Confused?

I am confused by what you mean by exactly that is all the detail I can find on the video card. This has never happened before so can you explain how to fix any type of data dump?

To fix the data dump.

You don't dump data like that.

If you don't know what the make and model of the PC is, that's a shame since without those details I can't check to see if it's performing as expected or not.

You bought this PC or had it made, so the details should be on the receipt or web page of the company that sold it.

You can also try ideas from:
https://www.google.com/search?q=how+do+I+find+out+what+GPU+is+in+my+PC&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

But dumping all the details from DXDIAG is littering. We don't need 99% of what it reports.
