having problems with soundblaster live and the direct x file

last week I noticed that I lost my audio on my pc. After many attempts to fix the directx and the direct3d problem that I was still having trouble with I found the remedy for that . However when I pick on the audio HQ icon in the control panel I got the following error "cannot initialize audio driver, reinstall audio driver." Any help on why I am recieving ths message:
